other things making news now. james holmes the man accused in the colorado theater shooting will be arraigned and officially charged today. during the hearing, prosecutors are also expected to present new evidence which was discovered last week. we are learning new details about this case. the aurora police chief says the theater normally hires off-duty police to work on weekends, but there were no security officers on hand the night of the shooting. the company which runs the theater is not commenting. s. >>> a 1-year-old cent state university student will be arraigned today for posting a twitter message saying he planned to shoot up the campus. william coburn is charged. he was arrested yesterday in brunswick, ohio. >>> the new superman ride at california six flags discovery kingdom has a few kinks to work out. passengers got to the top of the right yesterday afternoon and got stuck in the air when the ride stopped. crews had to bring in a crane to get the riders down. the ride had only been open a month. >>> campaign 2012 coming up. mitt romney will stop in poland for the last le

first appearance in court on monday. >> 24-year-old james holmes appeared days. prosecutors are not sure if the suspect was medicated. yesterday's hearing was to inform him of his rights moving forward. he will eventually be charged with 12 counts of murder and various weapons violations next monday. that will also give prosecutors some time to talk with families of the victims before they decide whether or not to seek the death penalty. on the heels of that shooting, there is a frightening story out of maine. police pull over a guy for speeding over 100 miles an hour with his lights flashing and they find his car loaded with guns and ammunition, including an assault rifle and press clippings about the colorado tragedy. he told police he brought one of those loaded guns to the batman movie at a theater in maine saturday night. >> in the car he had this assault rifle and this tactical shotgun right in the back seat of a mustang. this handgun, this handgun, that handgun and that handgun. >> police even found more guns at his home. when he was pulled over, police believe he was on his
